Yes. Unclip the controller from the blanket first, then machine wash at 30 °C on a gentle cycle. Air dry flat and never tumble dry or dry clean it.
The blanket is built for it — set the auto-off timer to the number of hours you want, and overheat protection monitors the element the whole time. Many people run a low level for the first hour and let the timer handle the rest.
The 120 × 160 cm gives the widest coverage across a double. If it is mainly for one person or a sofa, the 125 × 150 cm or 80 × 150 cm is the better pick.
