Terms of Service

1. Who you are dealing with

This shop is operated by Coza. You can reach us any time at questions@coza.com. These terms apply to everyone who browses or buys here.

2. Ordering

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract begins when we send you an order confirmation by email. Until then, we may decline an order — for example if the item is out of stock, if the price was listed wrongly, or if we cannot deliver to your address.

If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you get the full amount back and we will explain why.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in euro and include VAT where it applies. The total you see at checkout — product, delivery, tax — is the total you pay. Nothing is added afterwards.

Launch and promotional prices apply while stated and can end at any time, but a price is always locked in once your order is confirmed. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider.

4. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are set out on our Shipping & Returns page. Estimates are estimates, not guarantees — couriers occasionally run late. Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you gave.

5. Returns and refunds

You have 14 days to withdraw from your order under EU law, and 30 days under our own policy, which is longer on purpose. Full details are on the Refund Policy page.

6. Guarantee

Products are covered against manufacturing faults for 2 years from delivery. This is your statutory guarantee and it costs nothing extra.

7. Using the product safely

This is a mains-powered heated product. Please follow the instructions that come in the box:

• Always unclip the controller before washing.
• Do not use it folded, bunched up, or tucked tightly under a mattress.
• Do not insert pins or needles into the fabric.
• Not suitable for infants, or for anyone unable to feel heat or operate the controller without help.
• Stop using it and contact us if the cable or controller is damaged.

We describe the blanket in terms of comfort and warmth. It is a home comfort product, not a medical device, and we make no therapeutic or medical claims for it.

8. Your account

Keep your password to yourself and let us know if you think someone else has it. We may suspend an account used for fraud or abuse.

9. Our content

The Coza name, logo, photography and written copy on this site belong to us. Please do not copy them for commercial use without asking first.

10. Our responsibility

We are responsible for delivering what you ordered, in the condition promised. We are not responsible for losses we could not reasonably have foreseen. Nothing here limits our liability for death, personal injury, or anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published when you ordered.

12. Law and disputes

These terms follow the law of the country we operate from, without removing the consumer protections of the country you live in. If something goes wrong, email us first — nearly everything is solved that way. You may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
